New Balance continues their heritage releases by bringing back the MTG580 in new waterproof GORE-TEX colorways. A popular New Balance silhouette, they’re done up here in all white perforated leather with green trim and gum bottoms — a common tennis shoe look adapted to a runner. This pair sports a heavily-perforated black leather upper, with royal purple working the inner liner. White picks up at the midsole, which sits above a gum colored outsole. Expect these to hit New Balance retailers in January 2011. New Balance gets in on the Gore-Tex and footwear act with their always innovative 580 model.
